TT366 legacy x.request pending-entry validation

Targets: Jinritoutiao 18.4.0 and Doubao 15.0.0 on device 36606f42.

Transport is fixed to use_xbridge3=0. The receiver returns only a fixed controlled marker and does not inspect request credential values.
